A fee is wrong, a licence is missing, a data date is stale, a figure only holds for a different legal entity. This is the most important message we can receive — corrections take priority over adding new brokers.

Send a messageYou represent a broker and want to talk about a partner programme. Up front, so nobody wastes time: placements are not for sale, a programme changes no score, and drawbacks stay in the review.
Send a messageQuestions about the methodology, the dataset or quotes. Tell us your outlet and your deadline. Weightings, criteria and data dates are public anyway and may be cited with attribution.

The more precise the report, the faster the fix. Four details are enough — with them we can verify immediately instead of writing back to ask.
The provider's name, or simply the link to the page on our site.
The number exactly as it appears on our side — for example “Stock commission: €4.90”. The row or section it sits in helps.
The right value, including the conditions if it depends on order size, venue or account type.
The URL of the primary source, ideally the broker's pricing schedule or legal document. A screenshot without a source is not enough — we need to be able to read it ourselves.
We check it against the primary source. If the report holds, we change the value, reset the data date and add the source — including when the broker concerned is a partner.

We do not give investment advice, however the question is phrased. That is not reluctance: it is the line between a comparison site and a regulated activity.
We are not a complaints body and have no access to your account. We cannot release a withdrawal, lift a restriction or mediate between you and a provider. That belongs with the broker first, then its regulator or the ombudsman scheme that covers it. What you can still send us: a user review, so other people can see what happened.
